We ship UPS Ground, usually within 24 to 48 hours after order is processed. Standard UPS Ground shipping cost will be calculated and added to your Invoice, before your Credit Card is processed.

Returns

If for any reason you must return an item, please contact us via e-mail tombanks@metrosupplyllc.com    and we will assign  a return item number to you return, no returns will be accepted with out our return number. All goods returned defective shall be returned prepaid freight to METRO INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY for repair or replacement, which shall be the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for defective goods. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
