Grade 70 is a high strength chain made from quenched and tempered steel. Higher strength to weight ratio than standard carbon chain. Easily recognized electro-galvanized gold finish.
Not to be used for overhead lifting.

Definition of Finish Types:
Self-Colored or SC: Chain lacking a coating or any finish.
Electro-Galvanized or EG: Electro plating is a process that electrically deposits zinc to the surface of the chain. The zinc plate is very thin and is a cosmetic coating with minimal corrosion protection. A clear/blue or yellow chrome is applied after the actual zinc coating, this thin chrome film prevents the zinc plate from oxidizing.
Powder Coating: A coating made from spraying powdered thermosetting resins onto a metal substrate, which are then set by baking
